- Conductor
:
This strands of Electrolytic Copper (99.99% purity)
are drawn for Uniformity of Resistance, Dimemsion, Flexibility,
etc. Drawn strands are collected and laid in high precision
machines and further compacted. The perfectly circular
thus formed is integral and compact. This enables reduction
in overall diameter for space saving in high-density
wiring. This strands do not get cut when stripping the
insulation. The conductor offers perfect contact at
pins, terminals and sockets.This eliminates spot heating
and sparking.
- Insulation:
Specially formulated grade of Flame Retardant FR PVC compound
offers capacity to resist spread of fire even at high
temperature due to high oxygen and temperature index.
This also gives a protection against short circuits and
shocks. It has capacity to with stand higher conducter
current at the temperature even upto 85 C. High Insulation
Resistance and Dielectric Strength of the compound reduce
the electrical losses and save the energy
- Marking:
The
cables are printed with generic name, size, including
the word 'Ram Flex' additionally at every meter

: Red, Yellow, Blue,Black,
Green, Grey.
